Your Home Page includes custom design 1 page layout or theme, text, your theme colors and background, 2 photos, a mail link, 3-5 hyperlinks (depending on the size of your site), and an appropriate graphic such as your small business logo.

Depending on Your Design

After you have established an attractive Home Page, you will want some text pages to link to that describe what you have to offer your prospective clients. You want that information to be informative, clear and to the point and easy to navigate to in order for your viewer to stay interested in your website. Text pages are just that, TEXT. Additional graphic work and/or photos on those pages are extra.

Interactive pages are those pages requiring form fields or other interactive components provided that your ISP (Internet Service Provider: They host your website)  supports FrontPage 2000 / 2002 server extensions.

An EXAMPLE would be a page that asks for a viewer's name and address in order to add them to your mailing list. I would program this page to send that information to your email address and thank them for visiting your website.

Special Graphic Work

If you  require a special graphic or would like additional graphic work done on specific pages on your site, I charge  an hourly rate. I will keep a timesheet and bill you for the time spent servicing your site for you.

Photos are $20.00 each + the time it takes to alter, convert your photo if necessary and import  the photo file onto your site.

Secretarial Work

If you require any retyping of files in order to load them onto your website or you need document files converted to a PDF (Portable Document File), I recommend sending the file in Microsoft Word. Otherwise, I will bill for the time it takes to retype any document in order to make it readable by most browsers or by an Adobe Acrobat Reader©.

If you will require miscellaneous maintenance  and periodic updates on your site, I will keep a timesheet and bill you for the time spent servicing your site for you.

If your website requires research, I will also keep a timesheet and bill you for the time spent researching information for you.

*Estimated Research:  5-8 hours depending on the topic that you would like me to research for you.

Re- Designs

If you own a current website that you would like re-designed, I charge an hourly rate. I will provide you with an estimate for the work and bill you for the time spent re-designing your current website.

Although it is rare, your website may require Immediate or URGENT attention such as information that must be posted within 24-48 hours, my web rate is significantly higher as it takes me away from necessary work on other clients' websites. I keep a timesheet and bill you immediately  for that time or as necessary.

*I can not always guarantee Immediate or URGENT attention to your website, but I will do my VERY best to accommodate your website needs in a timely manner.
