When I was 4 years old, my mom told me to
"GO PLAY OUTSIDE!"
and I haven't played inside since!

Have Toys, Will Travel!
December 3, 2006
(Next year, there's gonna be some Christmas lights!)
I enjoy wilderness camping at Moosehead Lake and Mooselookmeguntic, hiking Mt. Washington and Mt. Katahdin, backpacking the Maine/New Hampshire Appalachian Trail and mountain biking in Acadia National Park. I enjoy snowshoeing in the woods of Poland, Maine, snowboarding at Lost Valley and Shawnee Peak, cross country and alpine skiing, snowboarding and snowblading at Sunday River, Sugarloaf and Tuckerman Ravine and I love to visit New York City as long as I can walk along the streets at night and view the city lights. I also enjoy snorkeling, boating, kayaking, white water rafting on the Kennebec River, inland and off-Shore fishing, cycling, in-line skating and ice skating. I do strength training and personal training at Women's Fitness and Personal Training and I like to read, write, design websites, dance, host our Halloween Party, shop at L.L.Bean, teach science to teens, garden, laugh out loud, raise and train Golden Retrievers and so much more!

To Win
If you think you are defeated, then you are.
If you think you won't dare, then you won't.
If you like to win, but think that you cannot, your defeat is almost certain.
If you think you shall lose, then you are lost.
For success begins with wanting.
It is all a question of your state of mind.
Life's battles are not always won by the strongest or the quickest of women.
But sooner or later the woman who wins
Is she who thinks that she can.

Remember, growing older is mandatory, but
growing up is optional!"We do not stop playing because we are old; we grow old because we stop playing. There are only two secrets to staying young, being happy, and achieving success. You have to laugh and find humor every day and you've got to have aspirations.
Any body can grow older. That doesn't take any talent or ability. The idea is to grow up by always finding the opportunity in change. Have no regrets. The only people who fear death are those with regrets. It's never too late to be all you can possibly be."
